Day 4 Reception at 480 Queen Street Roof Terrace Garden

After an afternoon of trekking around downtown Brisbane, delegates were pleased to relax with drinks and appetizers at the 480 Queen Street reception. The 32nd-floor conference space adjoins an outdoor deck, and served as the site of the networking reception for the Brisbane regional program. Craig Gibbons, CTBUH Brisbane City Representative and Brisbane Buildings Group Leader at Arup, thanked the hosts and attendees of the Brisbane program, extolling the special virtues of his home city. As dusk fell, the lights of Story Bridge and the city twinkled below the 32nd-floor outdoor reception, completing Brisbane’s charm offensive for the day.
