There were two types of Platinum packages available for the 2017 Conference, Platinum + Networking Reception Sponsor packages and Platinum + Program Room packages.

Platinum + Program Room (6 No.)

There were 6 Program Rooms at the 2017 conference – all accommodating a specific track of presentations at the Conference. Each Program Room was thus an integral part of the main conference, accommodating approximately 15 presentations over the two main conference days. The sponsor collaborated with CTBUH in determining the speaker program, of which the sponsor nominates 2 presentations and chairs all the sessions. The Program Rooms also served as exhibition suites, and were promoted to all delegates both in advance of, and during, the conference itself. The Program Rooms ranged in size from 50 to 80 square meters in area, and were allocated on a first-come, first-served basis in terms of room size and position.   • Provision of a 50-80 square-meter Program Room, housing a major track/theme of the Conference and also serving as an exhibition suite (Note: Standard furniture and AV equipment are provided. All other internal furnishings, support equipment, and specialty catering (if desired) are the responsibility of the sponsor)

Reinforcing Expertise / Thought-Leader

  • Recognition as a premium sponsor of the Conference, with second-highest priority branding among sponsor levels
  • Partnership with CTBUH in determining the speaker program in the Program Room, accommodating a track of 15 speaker presentations over the two Sydney conference days, of which the sponsor nominated 2 presentations and 5 Session Chair roles

VIP Conference Attendance

  • 5 complimentary conference-only registrations (Note: these were required to incorporate the company’s speaker registrations)

There were three sponsorship opportunities for major networking receptions held in conjunction with the 2017 conference: the opening VIP networking reception on the evening of Sunday, 29 October, the Day 1 networking reception on Monday 30 October, and the Day 2 networking reception on Tuesday 31 October, all taking place in Sydney. The Platinum + Networking Reception sponsors were acknowledged as the sponsors of the reception, alongside the actual owners of the building where the reception took place, who were acknowledged as “Hosts.” The other benefits of the Platinum + Networking Reception sponsorship are shown below.
