One Central Park is the landmark mixed-use residential and retail stage of the Central Park precinct (former Carlton & United Brewery site) and construction of this iconic building completed in January 2014. The building comprises two iconic, richly planted residential towers standing 116 meters tall, One Central Park’s East tower is 33 stories, whilst the West tower is 64.5-meter-high and 16 stories. Collectively, the tower delivers 623 residential apartments above a five-level retail and recreational podium. One Central Park was designed collaboratively by international and Australian architects, and has won 19 awards across design innovation, development, sustainability and construction.

With the dual concepts of urban parkland and urban sustainability driving the architectural concept for One Central Park, hydroponic vertical gardens wrap the façade in appealing exotic and Australian native plants, and a 40-meter cantilevering sky garden with the world’s first heliostat in a residential high-rise features reflectors that vividly transform into a theatrical artwork at night.
